Terms of Service

The short version

Mr.TooN arranges private travel services — tours, transfers, car rental and stays — personally, around Khanom and across Southern Thailand. These terms keep everything clear and fair for both sides.

Quotes & booking

Every service is quoted individually. A booking is confirmed only when you have accepted the plan and the quote from Mr.TooN in writing (WhatsApp or email). Nothing on this website is a confirmed booking by itself.

Our part

Once confirmed, we arrange the agreed vehicle, driver or guide, timing and meeting point, and we stay reachable on the day of service. If something changes on our side, we tell you immediately and offer the best alternative available.

Your part

Please give us accurate travel details — flight or ferry numbers, pick-up points, traveller and luggage counts — and tell us quickly if anything changes. Children must travel with appropriate seating, and only the agreed number of passengers and bags can be carried.

Payment

Payment method and timing are stated in your personal quote and are agreed before travel. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht unless stated otherwise.

Changes & cancellations

Please see the cancellation policy — early notice keeps everything flexible.

Liability

We arrange services with care and local partners we trust. Details such as travel times depend on traffic, weather and ferry schedules, and we always confirm realistic plans rather than promises we cannot keep.
